VISION '23: I am already calendared, by faith, to travel to & train 400 to 500 pastors in Tanzania, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Burundi, Rwanda, and Cambodia in 2023. God is doing great things globally, and the impact of training pastors is exponential Kingdom stuff!

22 Days until I fly out to
Tanzania AND South Sudan!

Please pray as I fly out to TANZANIA on Jan. 13th – 14th. I'll teach pastors a two-week course through the Book of Acts in from the 16th to the 27th. THEN I will fly to SOUTH SUDAN on January 27th - 28th to teach pastors Bible interpretation and Bible-centric preaching Jan. 30th -Feb. 4th. I'll be flying home February 4th-5th.

Prayer Requests

Pray for the Jan / Feb Africa trip. Pray that lives are changed and the pastors are well-equipped to impact their countries, train other pastors and lead their flocks powerfully.
Pray for all our flights, connections, luggage in transit, and travel safety in-country.
Pray for pain-free travel. I have developed significant arthritis in my back and hips, and the prolonged intense sitting and standing can be truly terrible. I will travel for around 40 hours to get home, so prayers are absolutely appreciated. – BTW: WORTH IT!
Pray for safety for myself and Pastor Rick Seltzer in South Sudan. It is an unsecured country; safety in-country is an issue here (yes, we have safety and security Intel and safety protocols in place). – BTW: WORTH IT!
Pray that God will graciously retire all our ministry-related debt so that Andrea and I may be fully reimbursed for 2022 ministry expenses and have the needed resources to purchase the tickets for the next trip to Ethiopia. Andrea and I live and serve Him by faith. – BTW: WORTH IT!
Pray for the safety and health of my family while I'm gone for the 3+ weeks in Africa.
