Year-End Gifts and the Current 2022 Budget Deficit

As you may know, I am not yet fully funded for 2022. In addition, I just purchased flights for our January ’23 Tanzania and South Sudan trainings which made our deficit even greater than previously expected. As a result, I am currently predicting a $9700 shortfall by December 31.

Thank you to those who have already contributed to the year-end shortfall; I am so very thankful for ALL the generous support and partnership in 2022!

We believe God will provide and are moving ahead for a powerful 2023 with trainings already scheduled in-person in Tanzania, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Burundi, Cambodia, and a few more are in discussion!

A Special Request

Would you prayerfully consider a special year-end gift to help compensate for the 2022 shortage? Erasing the deficit will provide the funds needed for my planned trainings in early 2023 and will also allow Andrea and me to be reimbursed for our outstanding 2022 ministry expenses.

Cambodia Trip Update

WOW! Over the three-plus weeks, we trained over 200 pastors and key church leaders in five cities. It was ultra-dynamic, and I am already calendared to return in 2023 and 2024 to complete our three-year training cycle with these beautiful leaders! Tanzania AND South Sudan Trainings are Coming in Hot in 6 weeks!

I’ll be traveling with my GTN partner Pastor Rick Seltzer for two weeks training pastors in Tanzania, and then we’ll travel to South Sudan to train pastors/priests there for another week. 90% of the pastors in Tanzania have little to no training in ministry skills and theology; the need is great! The Episcopal Church in South Sudan (which is biblically conservative, faithful, and spiritually alive) has asked us to train a large number of priests and Bishops in the scriptures and in ministry skills! What a pair of world-changing opportunities! Please pray for us!

We trained, equipped, and encouraged over 500 pastors and key church leaders globally.
We trained pastors in 4 countries “live and in-person”: South Sudan, Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Cambodia.
We trained pastors and leaders in an additional four countries online: Myanmar, Malawi, Uganda, and Kenya.
I was also blessed to feed into the spiritual lives of many American pastors, churches, and ministry leaders in 2022.
I plan to train even more pastors and leaders in 2023. God is opening doors of opportunity everywhere, the need is enormous, and I am ready and willing to do all I can to “train the untrained to reach the unreached.”
