UPdate!
I’m here training groups of pastors across this beautiful country. It’s a fantastic final training in a fabulous year of ministry and I’m truly excited about all the ministry we have calendared for next year in 2023!
I was privileged to train hundreds of leaders in eight countries in 2022 and have the desire and goal to train another 400+ leaders in 2023. These leaders will impact an estimated 30,000 to 40,000 people over their ministry-lifetimes. Praise God for the incredible things He is doing globally!
Year End Deficit Update
As I mentioned in my last newsletter, we are projecting a budget deficit by the end of the year 2022. Thanks to some partners who have already responded, that deficit has already dropped from $10,000. down to $6600. Thank you so much! I know that God will provide for what He is guiding us to do, and it’s a blessing living by faith as we watch Him provide for His work.
Many ministries receive a large percentage of their annual support through tax-advantaged, Year-End gifts. I’m praying that year-end gifts will provide the resources needed to fuel our ministry in 2023 and allow us to finish the year in the black.
Would you prayerfully consider giving a special year-end gift to our ministry? These funds will provide the resources needed to purchase air tickets and other advance costs for the January Tanzania and South Sudan trips, pay bills and allow us to reimbursed for ministry expenses. BTW: a BIG thank you goes out to those who already have sent year-end gifts!
